Terms of service

1. Commission and Refunds
1.1 Commissions are custom and unique creations, tailored to the Commissioner's specifications. As such, all commission fees are non-refundable, except in special circumstances as outlined below:
a. If I have not yet initiated work on your commission, a refund may be considered upon request.
b. In the event that I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons, a refund will be issued.2. Usage Rights and Commercial Use
2.1 The artwork produced as part of the commission is intended for personal use only and is not permitted for commercial purposes without prior written consent from me. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, reproduction, distribution, sale, or any form of profit-making activity involving the commissioned artwork.
2.2 If you are interested in exploring commercial usage of the artwork, please contact me to discuss obtaining appropriate licensing or usage rights, including any associated fees.3. Artwork Display and Crediting
3.1 As the Commissioner, you are allowed to upload the commissioned artwork to your personal social media accounts or personal online galleries, provided that proper credit is given. The credit should include my artist name and a link to my website or social media profile.
3.2 You may not claim the commissioned artwork as your own creation or remove or alter my signature or watermark, if applicable.4. Agreement and Modifications
4.1 By sending payment for the commission, the Commissioner acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions stated.
4.2 I, the artist, reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on my website or other relevant platforms.
4.3 It is the Commissioner's responsibility to review the most current version of the Terms before entering into a commission agreement.
